    Pre season is only good for match fitness so the results aren't important. Raising brand awareness for teams is why they go to China, Australia, USA, etc, and personally I don't like them

    My comments are there for everybody to read. On here I simply posted the score.

    On the Spuds spiral thread I questioned HIAG's flip-flopping over the importance of pre-season, because he was ****ing himself stupid when you beat PSG, but suddenly thought the City game was a 'meaningless friendly' <laugh>

    To be fair, I was wumming, but I doubt that that revelation will surprise anyone.

    For those of you learning how to wum like a Master, let me explain my tactic.

    (1) If Spurs win a pre-season friendly, brag about how good we are - trash all rivals in the process; and
    (2) If Spurs lose a pre-season friendly, write it off as a learning experience - trash all rivals in the process.

    See how subtle I can be?

    With a little bit of practice, you too will be able to wum like a Master.
