Remote - noticed that. Back on line now in a gorgeous cottage/bungalow down in deepest New Forest for a week - the weather is blistering. Travelled down to Brockenhurst yesterday - got the Wifi sorted out this morning to find out what's going on on here (the rest of the world doesn't matter ) See Etheridge has got a new contract and Colin has admitted he's after another striker - interesting times - bring it on!
Enjoy the new Forrest Sparkey. Just having lunch in the middle of getting 500 bales of hay in. It's a bit warm here too. Be glad to go back to work on Monday for a rest. Colin certainly seems to have got tan to loosen the purse strings. Building a decent squad. Keep saying it, but few other teams seem to be doing much business. Fulham still got a lot to do in their recruitment. I'm glad we've got Colin!

Well he wont get much (any?) game time, so he might as well go. If he does get on the pitch through necessity, we're in big trouble.
I'm hoping there will be a few moved on in the coming weeks. Need to trim the squad to manageable numbers. Nice that we can buy before we sell. Not been the case for much of the recent (and not so recent) past.
Shows what an experienced man at the helm can achieve. The more I think about it the more I feel we need Warnock to stay on in a director of football capacity once his manager days are over. He's the only person at the top of the club who really knows football. We'd be lost without his experience.
Pre-season starts today with the usual fitness checks. Pretty much the full squad that will start the season with 4 new faces getting to know their team mates. First pre-season kick about 9 days so it would be nice to see Marko back with possibly one or two more. In good shape. Think other squads are less well prepared.
