The Bookmakers can manipulate the odds in their own favours..they are on going concern:the less money they pay out, the more profit they make.
Only compulsive gambler is going to bet on United winning the title now.<ok>

I hope we don't get too carried away with our title chances.

Imo we still need to invest in a few to be within a shout.

Yeah it would suggest we are capable on the night.

I just compare the squads and ours doesnt quite stack up.

I think we will have a few wobbles/further injuries where strength in depth will become even more important.

I'd love for Stevie to have a title win though!

I wouldn't worry about it. I doubt the bookie's odds are going to affect the way we play on the pitch.

I imagine even "the two who cannot be named in relation to odds discussions" would agree that bookie's aren't clairvoyant and are just making sure they don't get stung.

I agree we still need to strengthen in a couple of key areas, but if we can see that, I'm sure the management can too.
It does depend on the right players being available, though.

if we come out of the next 2 within 3 points of the top or even better anything is possible but really... hull at home is as important as either game. 2 draws and arsneal winning tmorrow and over the christmas and its still good.

I'd rather Arsenal and Chelsea drew.

I'm not so wary of the Chavs as City. City are unstoppable on their day, but Chavs are no better than us at the moment.
Of course it can go either way, but we're definitely in with a shout, imo.

I'd prefer Arsenal to win. The pressue that comes with leading is massive, italso potentially brings complacency.

What ever the result, it will have it's advantages. I'm looking forward to a good game of football.

It's been a while since we've been able to sit back watch a game between teams at the top and say what ever result it will have an advantage for us! Normally when we're in 5th/6th we're hoping for only 1 team to drop points

Whatever is best in the long term is speculative, but I can't resist the lure of being top for Crimbo.
