Change the record Dai; they are still the Bluebirds, they still have their history, they just have different coloured home shirts - seem to remember we had orange away shirts a couple of seasons ago which harked back to an earlier time in our history, as well as black shirts. Re-branding is a business matter and has nothing to do with with the ethos or history of a team.
I know that a minority of Cardiff fans threw their arms up in horror at a perceived abandonment of their history but that is simply not the case - it was a business strategy that may prove to be quite an intelligent one if an extra fan base is created that adds money to the coffers. I would remain a Swansea fan if they played in a kit that was pink with blue spots - I don't support the kit - I support the team! CCFC are still CCFC and will remain so regardless of the colour of their shirts. So cease this petty mindedness and be big enough to give credit where it is due.
