So, as much as the Liverpool game is potentially helping us, I can't help but feel some sympathy for the Saints. Some of the officiating decisions are yet again very debatable and appear to favour the "big" team. Dives in the box unpunished. Van Dick (intended error) smashing into the back of strikers and getting the foul. Offside by Salah going unnoticed. Appalling really.
Yep certainly does. Hopefully we can derail the scouse scum title challenge when they come to town. Odds (and probably officials) against us but hey, we can hope. I genuinely want Man City to dominate for the next 10 years. That way the other "big" clubs may finally get fed up of being cannon fodder too and start protesting that perhaps something needs to change.
Burnley, Brighton, Southampton, Crystal Palace, and Liverpool/Man Utd to an extent all fearing us in the run in. Only team not bothered will be Fulham...big game that for us! Could be the proverbial “squeaky bum” time! It’s a much better season that the last time we were here, hope it goes to he last game!
Although, the European super league when it comes ( because it will) could also clear the wheat from the chaff and those Weetabix that are left in the league can restructure and let the spoilt brats get on with their own private party!
Very true Masky. Just hope we can get wins in the next 2 games to keep us in the mix and put the willies up the others. They won't like it up 'em from behind.
Gotta say it BFB, your comments always seem to centre around gentlemen’s parts...and thrusting thingy’s....makes me a bit nervous pal! Get out more pal, take BT with you!
I support Liverpool and have done so since Toshack went there. But that's my cross to bear. Still think a win for us more important so we survive that L'pool win the Premiership, though. On the Super League.....I have my doubts......it will surely have a bunch of home support games with no/limited active fan involvement. it will then degenerate into a TV league. Big money, I guess, but not much interesting. That I will leave the also-rans in a more competitive league though would be a good thing. but I doubt the wider spread interest. The occasional trip to Europe for a special match is fun but every other weekend?
Great win for Burnley, expected more from Bournemouth....they behaved like a lazy established PL club! Need to remember their humbleness! Well got to beat Burnley away whatever happens!
Who? Lol!!! He's out tonight on the Vale pi$$ up bus. £15 and a tour of about 8 pubs in the Vale and Bridgend. Hop on, hop off, repeat 7 times and hope someone is there to carry you home. I'm not with him. At home watching Brighton slowly getting into the game v Man City.
I was watching the Brighton game too, poor match...hope Brighton are knackered and despondent! My attention was once again drawn to the Manchester City goalie Emerson. What a silly sod to have his neck tattoo stretching on to his lower face. When his career is over, He’ll never get a job in retail looking like that thou knows!
Just pressed one of the high number pages back some six years, only to realise that Masky was talking bollocks back then....just putting it out there!
Have to say, Man City were well off their usual pace and Brighton did OK. Again, iffy decision goes the way of the big club. Reckon Walker should have been off for his "headbutt". If that's Mozza or Pelts against say Aguero or Kane it'd be a guaranteed red.
