A useful addition, but would still like to see a back to goal striker as our first signing. As a second signing AS WELL would be even better. I still hold that 2 strikers a LB, RB and CD are the 5 signings we need. Midfield signings are a bonus.
I mentioned Bridcut on here a while back. He's definately PL quality and would walk into our first team regardless of the other centre mids we have. We should be able to see off the others linked pretty easily too.
Striking the right balance between experience and skilled youngsters could be the secret, particularly in midfield. This guy could be the sort for one half of the equation. Wouldn't cost anything up front and can't be on that much of a wage at his age. http://www1.skysports.com/football/...Lucas-Piazon-open-to-Premier-League-loan-move

Aye - but they're talking about at least £10M! http://www1.skysports.com/football/...-News-Prem-duo-ready-moves-for-Victor-Wanyama
They can keep Wanayama for that kind of money, there are better elsewhere at a fraction of that price.
Big vic is destined for great things and is worth much more than 10mill. I dont think he'll end up in cardiff Just an opinion having watched him for 2 years.

Did you read lower down the article? Weare now interested in Lee Cattermole from Sunderland. I read somewhere last week that Di Canio has told him he is not wanted there. A very combative midfielder who collects red cards like others collect stamps. That would bugger up our very good disciplinary record!!!!
That's simple. By playing a keeper and 10 midfielders, we'd keep the ball for 90 minutes and be certain of at least a draw. With 38 points guaranteed, if Ince and Gunnar could pinch the odd goal to win a couple, we'd be safe.
