We will need more solidity in front of the back four next season so to have 2 holding players is not unrealistic.

Not heard of him either....looks sound though.......can't see him coming here....shows ambition though

 

Looks like he knows where the goal is and how to fall over in the box.

Could be useful but doesn't appear to be a big guy so not the targetman we want for a plan B. We are well served with not so big players in Maynard, Campbell and Mason but only have Rudy as an alternative.

 

Yes please...definitely cool in front of goal.

It is not whether we want him it is if we can get him with so many big name clubs interested.

I wonder what wage structure will be in place next year. It says that Lyon are looking to off load high earners. If he's one of them it would blow our current structure out of the water. Don't want a rift in the camp.

 

I thought exactly the same, the high earner part sounds a real stumbling block.

 

But everything is relative.....I seem to remember a high earner from France coming to the UK and going from 15,000 a game to 150,000 a game or similar.

 

It was someone going from Lyon to Chelsea or MU as I recall....but the old brain is a bit soft these days

 

Fair point, but surely Lyon's high earners with the time they've spent in the CL would be on decent money.
