Possibly by the end of June if play resumes on June 20th and Man City don't get their arse in gear (assuming it is resuming, there's absolutely no way they can **** up such an enormous lead).
Alan Nixon @reluctantnicko Government want Premier League clubs to bale out the EFL. Large sum. Prem were happy with that a few weeks ago. But potential TV money loss is giving them some pain. Will take a lot of haggling to get right sum before it’s handed over. Would be a huge help to EFL.

City began a first round of coronavirus testing today in keeping with EFL instructions but a proposal to resume training in small groups at the club’s Cottingham base on Monday has now been put back. It is understood the Tigers will go through a second round of tests early next week as a precautionary measure, with vice chairman Ehab Allam keen to keep the well-being of players a “primary concern.” The green light could then been given for Grant McCann and his players to resume on Thursday.
