Same as I’m saying now! Don’t start until it’s safe to do so (I don’t believe it currently is), cancel the 20/21 season as it’s 99% not going to happen, then before the end of May 2021 get those last 10 or so games finished for all the leagues. That way, no one’s claiming they were robbed, cheated, stolen from, put in harms way for just football etc!
Culture secretary Oliver Dowden - "Today's positive meeting I hosted with the football authorities progressed plans for the resumption of the professional game in England. "We all agreed that we will only go ahead if it is safe to do so and the health and welfare of players, coaches and staff comes first. "The government is opening the door for competitive football to return safely in June. "This should include widening access for fans to view live coverage and ensure finances from the game's resumption supports the wider football family. "It is now up to the football authorities to agree and finalise the detail of their plans, and there is combined goodwill to achieve this for their fans, the football community and the nation as a whole. "The Government and our medical experts will continue to offer guidance and support to the game ahead of any final decision which would put these plans into action."
I'd love to know what the players think of all this. Wouldn't surprise me if they've been instructed to keep their opinions to themselves.
I have not missed a minute of the game. Overpaid ****ers kicking a ball around combined with egotistical owners. I wont be going back wasting my money on **** football and **** beer Adios
This is Michael Vaughn talking about the W.Indies tour this summer. It is unprecedented times. It has to be done because we need the TV money for the game. At least he's honest, not talking about the morale of the nation.

I’ve missed boxing more than football, but then I’m not a big fan of football anyway. City is different, that’s a tribal/habit/social thing, but I’ve enjoyed many games that have been ****e from a footballing perspective and got bored by some beautiful games
