I think he's better suited for the "outstanding achievement" award in the second section, for someone who has been devoted to and gone above and beyond for LFC.... There can't be too many players who spent the previous 8 months devoting themselves to "you'll never walk alone" and planning their move to that club.

Hazard and Kane for me.
 
What i find interesting is that the only two teams from the top 7 not represented are City and us.

City is because they by their standards have had no standout players.

The heart warming thing I find is that we could have a miraculous season but no true star has emerged. We are a TEAM, not a collection of overpaid individuals.

Obviously, I could be wrong. It could be because we are unfashionable and 'little Southampton' and all our players need to move to 'big' teams to get recognised :)
