Just me who sees Pulis as the WBA boss before the season is out?
West Ham boss for me.

Nah. Their owners will wait to get to the Olympic Stadium and then bring Harry Redknapp back.
In all seriousness, I can't see them criticising Sam for his style then replacing him with Tony.
To be fair to Tony Pulis, his Crystal Palace team was quite a bit better than his Stoke City team in terms of entertainment and solidity. Stoke looked like plodders when he was in charge. Crystal Palace actually had some style.
That will be more down to when Pulis went to Palace he had to use the players that they had. So roll on a couple of months and he takes over the Hammers............then he looks at the squad............What style of football will he be forced to choose
For the hammers to change style they are going to have to ditch most of their players and buy a complete new squad.
Yes, point taken. But that suggests that whatever manager WHU might sign, if they ditched Allardyce, that manager would have to play direct football, rather than buy players to change the style. I would concede that Pulis would be a fairly seamless change for WHU, but that's because he would be able to coach a team to play that way well. Just maybe, direct football is not in the Pulis DNA, but he can do it if required. His time at Palace suggests there's more to him than hoof.
Wasn't it great to see Dean Hammond playing Premier League football for Leicester yesterday? They actually looked better when he came on too. Never understood why we got rid of him so quick, one of my favourite players during the rise through the leagues.
From the highlights I saw [I saw some live via a stream for about 20 mins as well] I thought Palace gave a very good account of themselves, and actually frightened Arsenal. There was absolutely no guarantee Arsenal would have won the game once they equalised either, Palace were playing that well, in my opinion. There was a certain inevitibility that something was going to happen once Puncheon got sent off with seconds to go. They didn't collapse by any means, but they did lose heart. If they can maintain last season's form I think they will do ok. It's a big ask though.
