QPR are facing a fine for breaking FPP rules last season. They are likely to appeal, but the FA representative said they intend to apply the rules robustly or there is no point in having rules. True, but QPR gained promotion by breaking the rules...is that fair.

If/when QPR get relegated to the Champ' (the PL will not get involved) it'll be resolved by them paying a fraction of the supposed penalty as legal challenge follows legal challenge. We live in a world where the well off can avoid a trial for bribery by, um, paying some more money remember.

God I'm in a cynical mood this morning.
