If n> the spin on the ball, then it probably would have gone in.

I wouldn't give tuppence for any of Liverpool's players.

Except Coutinho, for whom I would pay a dozen Charlie Austins.

There was a lot of talk about Ferguson getting asked questions by a reporter a few years ago and in response, Fergie told him to go to see Wenger for a story like that. Allegedly used for injury recovery.

Both Clyne and Lovren at fault for the goal, and Lala is trying is trying to be a big boy by squaring up to a 19 year old, enjoyable game

That should have been 2-1 Liverpool. Nice advantage by Moss.

Mingolet always reminds me of a slim James Cordon.

What pisses me off a bit about Liverpool is that they have Coutinho, when he turned us down. One of several things that pisses me off about Coutinho is that he plays for Liverpool. Then you have the undoubted fact that Coutinho has a face that needs punching into next week, and I'm the least violent person I know.

Best player they have, the little git. :)

You should add punching Coutinho's face to your bucket list.

I'll add punching your face if you don't stop with that expression. ;)

Yep. Clever Dad has already pressed 'record' for when the wife and kids come in and say "Can we watch Ant and Dec"

Yes, when this game has finished!

Just a note to flag up I am not totally anti referees, Mr Moss had a fine game at Anfield this evening. Yes the odd throw in /corner went the wrong way but the major decisions were good and made without the big 'I am' gesticulations .. How refreshing.

They say that TV and computer games have contributed to the break up of the family, with a TV in every room. But with Ant & Dec around I can only bless the fact that TV's have become so cheap, 'cause there wouldn't be any occasion on Earth where I would sully the HDD in the recorder by having A&D material on it. The sheer mediocrity of them would probably make the equipment break down. :)

Poor Villa fans on BBC606. I'm starting to feel very sorry for them. The despair is palpable.
