To be honest, anyone except Rojo haha. I haven't seen anything from him to suggest he can cut it in the PL... His touch, positioning and passing have been shocking every time I've seen him! (You've probably seen more of him than me though). I just think he would be a REALLY expensive gamble.

I'm thinking we could attract some of the Dutch players that were touted before?
I also think Okore from Villa could be a decent signing for cheap if they go down. He has been playing for a woeful club, but there is a good player in there, especially before his injury.

Just throwing out Mbemba (sp?) from the Toon..... Not sure on Rojo, would have to take a massive wage drop. Decent player but not one-of-our-top-earners decent <ok>

At the right price, Rojo would fit us very well!

Also, Klose from Norwich has been quality should they go down!

Does that Kirchoff who's been playing DM for Sunderland play CB too? been impressed with him in few times I've seen him.

Could be a few options from relegated teams, though I would stay clear of Villa personally!!

Me too. Wouldn't change where we are now, in terms of development under the Liebherrs, but I still wonder if we would have avoided relegation from the Premier League, in the first place, had the money spent on the stadium been used to buy better players than we could afford at the time.
West Ham have been given a massive leg up.

Great shout, I think Sunderland took Kirch off towards the end of our game and we found a bit more space in midfield(even with 10).
If Big Vic does force a move away then this would definitely be a player to consider as a replacement.

I expect he is well paid. Sunderland will probably stay up anyway...

Haven't a clue. But Pep likes his Germans, it's now Gundogan and Ter Stegen.

That's really funny, the only position they don't need to change is Hart in goal. Poor old Joe.

If you were a Villa fan, would you find it funny? They are in no position to play pranks.
