    Blimey, I actually want Bournemouth to beat this lot almost as much as watching Saints. Mind you, that's as much to do with my dislike of Liverpool as any affection for the Cherries.

    Lovren didn't go down under pressure from Elphick. He went down to try and get a foul because he had shagged it up. It was as much a dive as a foul.

    The underlying tragedy of the situation was that, soft or not, Elphick had no need to foul Lovren to out jump him.

    Seriously Tom that's bullshit. You're not a wimp, I've met you, but please start seeing the game as its meant to be. His arm brushed him. If it was a foul why the **** did the ref not give a penalty for the other player being grappled by Skirtl at the previous corner? That was five times more physical.

    Any player who has played the game at any level at all will say that wasn't a foul. It was the softest free kick you'll see in a penalty box this season.

    Each time I look at these refs, I see a right mummy's boy who just doesn't understand the slightest thing about playing a physical sport.

    It really is embarrassing.

    Swap the players round. If Elphick goes down under that much pressure from Lovren, he (rightly) gets a yellow for simulation.

    Refs let it go all the time. Kompany did it half a dozen times yesterday, for instance. Chelseas should have had 6 penalties.
