    Clattenburg got it wrong for me. The worst thing about Clattenburg is how he over accentuates every movement when he makes a decision.

    I think it was a very harsh decision. Sterling turns his back and makes no attempt to extend his arm.
    On the present evidence I can't say that Man City look as though they'll recover from it. Their tempo seems to be governed by the speed that Yaya Toure trots about the midfield. There are several star players not pulling their weight, and not just in this match.

    Well it would have been a happy worry trying to fit him into our side with van Dijk and Fonte :). Plus, as the BBC stated yesterday, Fonte's ball distribution yesterday was exceptional.

    Was talking to a big City fan recently who was very frustrated that Pellegrini doesn't start him more often. They really rate him up there.

    Indeed. Before people suggest my natural comment is based upon his goal, I have seen him finish several times. He knows what he's doing.

    I see Man City have finally got out of second gear.
