Bournemouth hamstrung as owner's money tied up in Russia - true.
Can't buy a prayer so signing Championship players, Fredericks and Rothwell.
They are my favourites to go down so Parker may have a problem.
Forest spending money and Johnson has signed a 4 year deal so Plug may have a chance.
Everton have lost their main striker and while they have signed Tarkowski are worse than last season. Lampard in the frame.
Leeds - losing Phillips and Raphinha. Money in the bank but who will they sign?

All have firm candidates for first P.45 of the season.

I've a feeling that after getting them up from nowhere, plug will be cut some slack as their expectations won't be that high.
Also, I don't think he'll get off to a bad start.
There are others with higher expectations that will be below them in the first 3 or 4 months of the season. That's where the first sacking will come.
