At long last the Premier League have relaxed the rule in relation to fielding a weakened team. As of the forthcoming season managers will be able to field any player who has been named in their 25 man squad.
At long last the powers that be are getting their act together, its just a pity that they couldnt of done it before now and saved the likes of Mick McCarthy and Ian Hollaway some money.
But I suppose better late than never.<applause>
