It's the last bit as well, the stuff about Damascene conversions - totally oblivious about all the stuff Vance said about Trump before he MAGAfied. Anyway, time and a place for all this, and this thread ain't it.
Looks like Forest took losing to Bmouth personally. Rather pathetic from Brighton, a top10 team losing by 5 or more is an embarrassment
Spurs getting closer to the relegation zone with the current scores. Everton jump above as it stands and Ipswich can get closer with a winner. Bearing in mind Spurs are playing away at Brentford tomorrow where I expect the home team to win.
These results are all good stuff. Everton will be slipping away from any talk of relegation. Brighton losing massively again and the fact it was just Leicester means evertons result sare not saying they are suddenly world beaters either. Roll on the semi final first though.
So. 15 games to go for us as we switch to cup football. 56 points. 30 more is 86 and thats 10 wins. Arsenal now sit on 47 at the same points and would need 40 points from 15 games. That's basically 13 wins from the 15. Everton a Wolves h City a Newcastle h Southampton h Villa a Everton h Fulham a Leicester a Spurs h Chelsea a Arsenal h Brighton a Palace h Like there are games there that are really winnable and then game that are at home but normally tough. Just really want to cap off this period with the next 2 wins thst really a top side ought to. Arsenal are coming to the point now where perfection is needed now. City btw are now already there. 86 is their absolute maximum. We basically have 5 games on them. 10 wins will do it imo. But realistically my prediction of 84 to win means 9-1-6 for us and thats way below top 4 level. Tomorrow's game is win or bust for arsenal.
So, it was a pen, but Andy Gray reckons the referee shouldn't have been able to see it, so it's not a pen, and if VAR had checked it and the ref hadn't had given it on the pitch - it wouldn't have been a pen. **** me rigid. I remember Gray years ago commentating on our game with Utd at Anfield. Wes Brown was sent off for a 2nd yellow after clattering Riise, seconds after a foul had already been given for another foul on a different Liverpool player by somebody else. "That can't be a card as the ball was out of play!", the sagacious balding Scot pronounced. "It was reckless and you can still be carded for that" Martin Tyler reminded him. "But he couldn't have seen it!" Squealed Gray as he was reminded that he knows jack **** about the rules of the game he once played. Sky then showed an angle from The Anfield Rd End camera that clearly showed Atkinson looking at Wes Brown wildly challenging Riise. "Well, he shouldn't have been looking at that as he was supposed to be concentrating on the first incident that he gave a foul for", Gray continued, completely without humour or irony.
Man can carry on as long as he want's for me. I have never watched him and only heard of him through you lot but he seems good at getting you going so great imho
