sterling throws both legs up to make sure of his pen. nobody accuses him of diving at all. funny that.
yeah but he still threw both legs up to make sure. which som people like Alan shearer sometimes call a dive if the player wears red
neither of ours were as immediately clear though the Diaz one always looked a pen to me but as i said if i was the ref i wouldn't have given the Jota one .
which is far enough unless you are a bbc pundit who has plenty of dives on his record but jumps up and down shouting massive cheating
well as the game was on TNT not surprising the BBC pundit didn't moan about him going down easy and our game against Toon was on Sky which suggests you are the one person left who doesn't just watch MOTD on iplayer or tape it so you can fast forward past the"pundits" waffle .
yes i know but as a ref i would instinctively though "he carried on then realised the angle was getting tight so went down" , I never said i was right just i wouldn't have given it .
I wouldn't have given it either. Contact isn't always enough to make you go down, but it can be enough to put you off your stride and therefore deny a goal-scoring opportunity - and you'll never get the foul unless you go down, which is why so many players dive unnecessarily. I see the reasoning behind it, but I don't like it.
potentially massive incident into he newcastle v city game. ederson is off injured in an offside indicent. Will this finally be the one that chanced the minds about playing on while a goal.mighy be scored? this could be a bad injury too.
if he fell instantly then I'd give it. the keeper was miles away from the ball and made contact. the media bullshit about brushed or not even touched was barefaced lying and you wonder about the agenda driven by now Saudi owned media etc. he clearly staggered on after it and that's the point. he could see two headed for the line and decided if he got to hit it at all they'd stop it.
it's all kicked off. city suckered. keeper nowhere. newcastle have far too many gaps that are not getting closed. city will win this in the end. its just inevitable they get walked through here.
