that'd 2 points city won't be getting back this season. 2 points lost at home v bottom half team. Great news.
hopefully he is OK anyway. seems to be a pacemaker job so really the whole of Luton players, fans etc really affected by it so gove them all best wishes
By the sounds of it, it was a ticking timebomb. Already happened to him once before and even with surgery the Heart isn't something that just gets better. If he's alert that's a good sign he could make enough of a recovery to play again, suppose it comes down to how much damage was done.
Burnley made the mistake this summer of not doing enough. Won the Championship at a canter and thought they didn't have to make many changes cause of the ease they were promoted. Aren't the first and wont be the last to underestimate just how much they needed to stay up. Still think these are the worst 3 teams to get promoted together. But at least Luton have a bit of spirit about them.
Before a ball was kicked I thought Burnley would have more about them and Kompanys experience would see them ok,apparently not
Greta reporting from sky this… obviously missed our 1-1 draw a couple of weeks ago Olise stepped up from 12 yards to send Ederson the wrong way after Jean-Philippe Mateta was fouled by a clumsy Phil Foden challenge, as City were denied their first home league victory since November 4 - having won all of their previous 23
Greta is useless - I've never liked her. It's not very clear, but it means they lost the opportunity to record their first home league win since November 4th. Having won 23 prior to that.
All the joking about United (and I've been heavily involved in that too), I am a little nervous. I don't really think they'll be that easy. Certainly not the guarenteed win... but... with that said...
Carrying on from the 5th place debate The CL draw has been made: FC Porto v Arsenal Napoli v Barcelona Paris St-Germain v Real Sociedad Inter Milan v Atletico Madrid PSV Eindhoven v Borussia Dortmund Lazio v Bayern Munich FC Copenhagen v Manchester City RB Leipzig v Real Madrid I think the QF line up is all but picked and this has worked out rather well for english sides i ntwo ways Arsenal and City have a piss easy route to the QF. Italian club inter play spanish club atlecio so one must go German club Liepzip play red hot favourite from spain Real. Again one must og Italian club napoli play spanish minnows Barca. Again one must go. PSG play real sociadad who are out of their depth The only easy ties is PSV v dortmund so we can expect the germans to progress. My QF guesses: Arsenal Napoli PSG Atletico Dortmund Bayern City Real 2 english 2 spanish 2 german 1 italian 1 french europa draw is coming up shortly.
