Sure I read on here (though don't ask me cite when and where) that they have to offload £200m worth of players by 1.6.2024 to comply with next year's Prem FFP, but even more if they want to qualify for Europe at any level. But, according to an analysis that I saw on SkySports after the Caicedo debacle, they're banking on hefty fines - especially from UEFA - instead of bans. They'll probably use their wealth a-la City to hire big-bollocked lawyers to wipe the floor with UEFA should any bans actually be levied.
