Gerrard always said winning 1 trophy with Liverpool was worth more than multiple trophies with any other club. Kane potentially winning any trophy and breaking prem goal scoring record prob means more to him than getting a gift wrapped bundesliga trophy. Im with @Zanjinho that I think the prem record is prob means more to him than winning a couple league trophies with any foreign club. Unless he thinks he can maybe come back in 3/4 years and play for another 2/3 years at spurs to get the goals needed. Say shearers name to anyone and they’ll say he holds the prem record ahead of ‘he won the title as part of Blackburn team’.
tbf all top players are very very keen on personal records after all in the season when Kane was going for the golden boot with Mo we witnessed Mo regularly refusing to pass to players in better positions as he was also determined to have the record
But ... Most top players are in teams where their goalscoring is contributing to the team winning trophies and achieving personal records which runs with that, not stands on it's own. There are times when players are selfish when it comes to shooting instead of passing but I quite like them being selfish (within reason), it's their reliance on their own confidence that makes them great. Also there's no way that Salah or any great goalscorer sticks around for his own benefits when the team is going nowhere.
I think Kane could easily goto Utd (either of them) and be very successful there and finish off the Prem record
He'd have to wait till next summer for any English club. Spurs have made it quite clear they wont sell to another PL team, they're even willing to lose him for nothing to avoid selling to any of the others.

I can't say I keep up to date with other teams transfer news but I think a move to either of those clubs has been doable the past few seasons. Kane obviously wanted Greaves record before a move elsewhere. I don't know if there are any other Spurs records left for him so my guess is he will look to get the next personal record in the PL before looking anywhere else.

Image from Levy? If they sell him fans can blame him if he scores loads of goals against them. If he leaves on a free it’s, we tried our best to keep him offering him x amount and assurances but he chose to leave and go to a rival.
The record can be taken away though. They can't take your league winners medal though (except maybe if it happens with Man City *fingers crossed*).
