Wasn't equating it in money terms More that nobody is putting any pressure on them cause everyone keeps ****ing it up. Meaning they can just keep going without worrying too much like Leicester did We're all expecting Arsenal to fall away, but its looking less likely cause there isn't shaping much to challenge them.
Only 8 points behind City with over half a season to go... We could still beat them. We won't... But we could.
Lets see where Arsenal are at the end of Feb when the title race really starts, there are plenty of tough games for them between now and then.
Could say the same happened for us. Zero pressure, hammered Leicester 4-0 go double seal it before Christmas. They've paid a **** tonne for players and are having a good run.
I'm unsure why haaland only got a yellow for that challenge today. Very naughty. Ref had his mind made up very quickly as well.
There's a **** tonne and there's a fcking great gasping ****e tonne!!!! Over 5 years net spend Arsenal are at 489mil Utd are 608mil Chelsea are less, 434mil Over ten years only utd and city have spent more net than arsenal.
Means nothing to me mate, i couldn't care less what a player cost as long as he can do the job. If you go down the 5 year (or more) spend route though you have to take into account that many clubs (like ours and Spuds) have had a few changes of manager who all have their own ideas of which players they like/want/need.
Well incompetence is only an excuse. newcastle are actually quietly creep8ng up there and of course Chelsea had that transfer ban and hazard money to balance their madness. any way you cut it arsenal have spent emote than enough to be expecting titles.
I thought Villa were decent the other night, they certainly created chances against us. Any dropped points for Spurs are welcome
