This is clearly not the case . They following public moaning about Var were instructed to have a "higher bar" for what constituted a clear and obvious error and most var officials are following that but clearly not all but like most foul decisions it is subjective . Staggered you like so many still haven't understood offside is treated as a matter of fact and will be by the var official and technician using the lines .
Sorry but imo they only treat offside as a matter of fact cos they don't care about the lines opinion and rarely actually take input from the on big calls. I'd say I could count the number of times a ref consults with a linon on a big call on one hand preseason It's convienent to call it a matter of fact when the tech cannot be that accurate and it allows for fudging the lines. I've seen lines put on outside of arms, indie of arms, heels, middle of foot etc etc etc. All to get the result they want.
well obviously don't consult the lino as he has already given his opinion by either raising his flag or not .Of course it isn't fully accurate but that doesn't the facts of the way it is used .
He never played for us, only u23. As I said he was one of several keepers bought for the express purpose of building a goalkeeper elite academy to sell lots of players from. There's 3 keepers out on loan right now and we still have Davies at home. Tome to sell kelleher while he might still have value, the injuries are mounting.
Here's a weird one - game delayed by 20 minutes yesterday at Hull v Birmingham while a couple of inches were sawn off the goal posts because the goal was too big.
Wasn't there another game where it was discovered the goals were too big and one of the goals would have hit the bar ordinarily. Quick google, Wigan v Cardiff
they were always going to fall away, they dont have the squad for it. Also losing their manager was a big loss. As for against us, they played us at just the right time.
People always say this but you've got to stay somewhere. It would soon stop when they all look like ****s and miss games
