We have Henderson for BU keeper, Dalot and Telles for BU full backs, Lindelof , Baily, Menghi and Jones? for BU CBs, then in holding mid we have Fred, Matic and McT, Hannibal (plus a few from th U21s), out wide we have Rashford, Greenwood, Sancho, Martial, Shoretire plus a couple who can be recalled from loan in December (Dialo and Pelistri). Up front we have Cavani, Ronaldo, (Rashford , Martial and Greenwood again), centre mid Pogba, Bruno, Donny, Lingard , Mata, Garner. Where are we lite?
That's a big list I won't comment on the full backs as I'm unsure, your cb backup is not the best but will make due, You've listed everyone you have for holding midfield which makes sense considering non of them are top notch For centre mid again you've listed everyone instead of your reserves, again you've got Bruno and pogba (when he can be arsed) but apart from that your struggling For the top 3 again you've listed everyone rather than your preferred 3 and back up. But in this position your very strong. You've got a decent squad, but its not Chelsea, certainly not city standard. You've got a decent manager but not klopp

OK lad, I'm looking forward to seeing you new youth signing filling in at centre back. I understand being excited about the season, but you've just listed your entire squad, thinking about it, I think It may well have been copy and paste, which makes me think your on the wind up rather than anything else. That's a shame.

I listed possible back ups mate including youth players. If we have two CBs crocked i don't see Ole having to **** the whole team up by dropping the best midfielders into defence. Where are we short?
Would be mad not to accept that your squad is not strong tbh. However, I’m not overly convinced by wan-Bissaka going forward, he’s good defensively mind. I guess it’s what you coach wants….which for me,thankfully, is the biggest weakness in it all. But yeah, buy world class defensive midfielder and you’ll just need to replace Peter Pan when his body gives up…which it will in this league eventually. Then all you’ll need to do is get a good manager and you’ll be there and thereabouts
thought Chelsea were very poor yesterday, 3-0 totally flattered them and if villa took some of their chances and didn’t gift them the second, def could have got a result. Still not 100% about Lukaku. Can’t argue atm with goals he’s scored. I think he’ll score against the bottom half teams this year at consistent level but saw against us, even in first half with 11 men he barely got a kick. Even yesterday’s he barely touched the ball all game yet scored 2 goals. It might be all they need though. Last year they didn’t have someone to score goals against those weaker teams so if he can get 20 goals in those 25 games against teams from 8-20 then might just be enough for them.
Lucky will flat track bully the bottom 10. The top clubs will let him drift wide right and nullify himself. He will get a 1 in 2 goal record off the amount of chances chelsea make and all will be well bit he will be replaced next year by haaland. Chelsea are a defensive outfit under tuchel. They will not concede first and the goals are the after throught. 3rd behind utd imo. The only question is if city will be first or not Lfc have issues. We dont have a reliable way to score goals bar salah and he needs space to run into. We will be 4th. Jota will be important but I dont think he is very good v a packed defense either.
