Oh the two passes before it were cross. Hes got it, no pressure on him and hit it. Great hit but the **** before was poor. We pass to sterling who let's ball just run behind him. Not paying attention and they take it but then play a terrible pass straight to the guy who knocks it inside to kane. Really poor football and kane takes advantage but it's all he has done all night It's a world class hit but the rest of it is just really really not good from either side. Poland were fading so this will be the win.
Any keeper should be dissatisfied with a goal from distance but hey, if you hit em right they go in. Give credit where due when due.

I only saw highlights but I agree with @Bumps. Good strike from Kane, but Sneezy should have done better.

poland were pushing a little. southgate should have instructed tactical fouls and timewasting including pointless subs up front. the reality is it was a poor game between tow side that largely nullified each other. neither keeper had much to do.
