Messi on the move has now thrown the proverbials amounts the pigeons Suddenly all the mega rich and mega ego clubs are going to scramble. City just handled messi's no 10 shirt to jack grealish lol. Chelsea will be wondering can they get him and sack off 4 players. Psg will be just throwing another on the pile. Real will have a go just to piss off barca. Bayern will shrug and ignore it all. Kane is now firmly forgotten man.
Sounds like it’s all a move by Barca to try force la liga into relaxing ffp so they can sign messi. Be hilarious if they caved, proving that la liga care more about one man than they do about all the other clubs put together.
The other clubs would have to vote on a league rule change. Not sure if it would just have to be a majority or unanimous. If Unanimous I can see a couple of clubs rejecting it, Atletico stand to gain the most as a weak Barca and Real hands them the title.
They all know messi is worth 25% of their TV money. That league is in big big trouble and needs new stars to keep the TV money rolling. Mbappe to real is now a very very real move this summer.
Barca are in deep financial poop. Real Madrid are not far behind them. I doubt that either can afford Mbappe, even if la liga allowed them to break their own rules.
The pundit love in with Grealish has gone to a new level. Apparently he's some sort of goal machine. According to Lee Dixon 'he creates goals and he scores goals' He scored 6 league goals last season, 2 of which were against us with those huge deflections.
He did get injured in fairness but the reality is he's a wide boy who nobody, pep included, wanted when they went down. He's been done for some serious antics off the park, doesn't work back on the park and who's main asset is falling over. It is the English quotient here.
Think Rafa is on a hiding to nothing with this one. Unless Everton are top4 by Christmas the fans will be calling for his head, I mean they've already started in pre-season. Which is a totally unrealistic ambition for Everton. Not sure he'll last the season.
Its because he did ok with England Same thing happened with Bakayo Saka. Last season it was "Baka who?" He has a couple decent games for England and all of a sudden he is the second coming.
my fave so far Librarian said: What was Richarlison thinking going to the Olympics instead of this DublinBlueNose replied Apparently he's told the Tokyo police he is going to seek asylum so he doesnt have to come back
Unless they are top after a week and beat us by 17 goals with 4 of our players being chopped literally in two he is in trouble He won't last 3 months imo.
