Supporting Liverpool has had a detrimental effect on my life expectancy, I fear. We never do anything the easy way, my heart is severely scarred. PS... Couldn't give a damn about the name change or the funding change that went with it... It's still the same title we've won 18 times before in all but name... Albeit, a very long time ago now.
Sometime I mistakenly use my blood pressure tablets twice instead of once a day when Liverpool are playing. Love of Liverpool is unprecedented. My Arsenal friends always say it to my face "we don't want Liverpool to win the league", yet I cannot stop loving Liverpool FC.
