I'd imagine so if you're really worried you I'd suggest buying one physically or if you're in Northern Ireland wait until someone on here has bought one, won't be long!
I'm pretty sure they will be an extra cost. About £5, I haven't researched this in great detail, however I know that Liverpool charge for them. So I would expect to pay for PL sleeve badges.
Yeah you have to pay for them, the megastore printed them on for people last season and the seasons previous to it.
You have no option to ask for this online, so you have a three main options:
A) Go to the Megastore next week and get badges with your shirt. (unlikely for you being in NI)
B) Order over the phone and request badges on your shirt. (which I am sure the Megastore staff would do for you)
C) Buy the shirt online and get the badges printed at the Megastore at a later date.
