No surprise there, our youth team plays in the third tier of the Southern set-up and are way off the pace. It sums up the massive lack of investment the club has put into youth development in the past 15 or so years. It is far more difficult to get something up-to-speed when our starting point is so far behind the rest...
But we got rid of Steve Gallen so it could be great, its going to be fine, just like the first team.
We need Warren Farm to get category one status. Until then our youth setup will continue to be dire.
