Only a few more than Henry and a few more than Salah, whose combined gls and assists pisses all over Eric's
Different eras to be fair, and he wasn't like those two players in his positioning or style. Bergkamp was a forward too, his numbers aren't that pretty. But his contribution on the pitch was something else, he was magnificent. I'd say in comparison, Salah is a very unattractive footballer who has a good goal rate. Shearer was the best player tho so i guess you ****s can keep counting your pebbles
I wonder if any defenders, midfielders or goal keepers will get in the hall of fame if it's all about amount of goals scored?
Sucky currently looking up who Bergkamp was. Stick it up on the what you're watching on Youtube thread bro
Thats anyone's argument against him being in. Not winning the prem (won everything else though) + most prem team of the season appearances ever. So I'm using Eric's **** numbers to put forward an argument that evidently he couldn't have been all that. Yeh?
Its always Chief first, but he knows my game well so ****s off soon after, Then you. Screaming and shouting hoping for a pile on cos you aint really got nothing to say back regarding Eric's numbers. I been here a while bruv
Not really bro. As Chief has said and anyone knows, Cantona had a direct influence on the players and the club resulting in United not only winning the PL but dominating the domestic game, both during and after his time there. Don't think you can say the same about Gerrard. So numbers don't come into it. I don't mind Gerrard being in there btw.
I can't scream and shout atm, I got a headache. Deciding on a brew or one of those dissolving paracetamols.
Of course you can, unless you missed Gerrard carrying many a Liverpool side on his back for pretty much every season he played in like. And I don't mind Eric in either, course he goes in. How can he not. Prem icon. Like Gerrard. I just wanted to put his numbers up for to get my thread goin again
You missed the bit about having a direct impact on the club winning the league Carrying on your back is not the same as being a catalyst for the players and club to win league titles. In many ways it's the complete opposite
