    grand so if i guess wildly at a defender i get more points while if i select sturridge i get little.

    Yes... because a defender is far less likely to score than a forward <doh>
    Therefor, bigger risk to select a defender, but bigger reward.

    well..... i'm not disputing it just i had not noticed as i wasn't really taking it too serious at the start thats all.

    Given lfc's really poor socring defenders I'd say selecting the striker every game has yielded way more than selecting a defender... even last year when skertl got what 6?

    Anyway.. i was selecting sterling as just most likely or only to get one and not as midfield scoring.

    I think I said Chelsea 2-2 Man City. Do I get anything for the right result or is that only applicable to Liverpool games :huh:

    Would have been even better if the disallowed goal had stood in the last minute!


    And if you'd have said 2-2 you'd get 2 points for correct result and GD, but you got 5 for correct result <ok>

    Here's a treat for you all, an updated table after the Man United game! The weekly score still includes the weekends games against West Ham & Chelsea.v City.

    Everyone that predicted got at least a point but 5 points for Gerrez, Organic Red, Roger & Dr who all correctly went for 3-0 United.

    Dammit, completely missed this last week.

    Had a dream last night that we lost the Bolton match 5-2. Sakho and Skrtel got our goals, Bolton's goals were all by made-up people. All our English people (including Gerrard and Johnson) were away with the England squad though.

    Anyway, I'll go Bolton 1 - 2 Liverpool (Skrtel)
