On the subject of Senderos,has he re suffaced among the FFC squad.

I feel here is an awfull lot of ifs,and buts, about making predictions.
Demps & Dembele staying, one could expect something special this season.
Without them,and no quality replacements, ? a totally different story.
 
I agree with Roscafre, there are too many unknowns for this right now. That said...

Top scorer - We haven't signed him yet. If we don't sign another striker and if we sell Dempsey, then Ruiz (I've got a good feeling about him this year).
Player of the Season - Dembele if he stays. Ruiz if not - though Riise will be mentioned in dispatches on many occasions

That's the beauty of predictions- even if both were to stay, who knows that they wont get crocked first game. Don't worry- no-one is going to hold you to it, just a bit of fun on a long day.
 
i know its not the thing to do ,make predictions on friendlies,but,I dont feel happy with the situation as is.
As I have said before, it is going to take a class player to fit into Clints shoes,and if we dont get quality
in that position,and someone with the ability of Murphy,then we could be in serious trouble.

Christmas and the mid season transfer window ?, with us in a lowly position then Dembele probably would want to move on.
I somehow feel that MAF is reluctant to splash out on costly new signings.having had his fingers burnt on our previous
3 most expensive players.

Starting early with the negativity I see ros! <laugh>
 
Having a slightly love / hate relationship with football in the last few seasons, I really hope that we get to see some exciting attacking football with Fulham this season. If we win games with this kind of football, it would be brilliant. If we lose games with this kind of football then so be it, at least we will play the game the right way. Early predictions, we will score alot but may concede quite a few as well.

Top scorer - Petric for sure, he is the first striker that attacks the centre of the 6 yard box we have had in ages
Player of the season - Dembele, filling Murph's boots is a big call but with Diarra next to him will help. Jol has seen his quality and will push him to new level
Young player - Kaka / Frei, exciting timesfor these 2
Disciplinary - Senderos

There seems to be a very good feel amongst the squad and management, happy players make for good football.
