I reckon there will be thousands of Spuds doing an 'Arry impersonation on Monday night.
Twitches to the left, twitches to the right, twitches all over.
    No pressure.......

Nah i would expect spurs to finish in the top 4, just looking at there remaining games and i would expect them to win all of them if i'm honest unless this blip continues, who knows maybe chelsea will take something off them. We have man city and chelsea both at home and i'm honestly not fazed by either team and think we are well capable of getting maximum points if we play like we can. I do think now that we have the momentum and if we win the newcastle game then we sit only a point behind and then we have a week and half break because it is fa cup weekend next week. Then everton away which will be very difficult and if we come through march with maximum points then i think 3rd spot is ours.

You know what, since the beating we gave Spurs i had a feeling that they would implode. It now looks like Arsenal4life's prediction is looking very real.

We are now going through a purple patch, the best we've gone through whole season. We have most of our first teamers back from injury and players like Rosicky are starting to finally look good after so many years. Add RVP on untouchable form, we should clinch 3rd place barring any RVP related catastrophy....

Looks good for us if we win tomorrow night.

The chavs have a hard run in:

    City (a) - 0 points
    Spuds (h)- 3pts
    Villa (a) - 3 pts
    Wigan (h) - 3 pts
    Fulham (a) - 0 pts
    Newcastle (h) 3 pts
    Arsenal (a) 0 pts
    Qpr (h) 3 pts
    Loserpoop (a) 0 pts
    BBurn (h) 3 pts

So being generous I can see them getting 18 points. This is being generous. That means we only need 5 wins from our last 10 games to finish above them. We will do that surely and bag top 4 minimum.

I've altered the results a little... they still only end up with 19! hehe. Spurs at home will be difficult, I think it will be a draw. I think we will draw against them as well but I think they will manage to get points from Liverpool. Fulham away will be a real test as well. Still 5 games we need...

The spread betting odds still have us coming third. My money is (literally) on that. You can win a packet if you really believe we will be fifth. Good luck!

Arsenal do tend to bottle it when the pressure is on.

Playing catch-up v Milan and Newcastle when the pressure is off - that is not a problem.

When their resolve is tested in April they struggle

You could say that, but we handled the pressure darned good when we were near the relegation zone and climbed up the table.

The thing about April is, we will have more players back from injury so I can't see us getting weaker. On top of that and fair play to the players, they seem to have a determination that surprises me and I think there is a unity which makes them fight for each other. Contrast that to Jenkinson and Walcott arguing with each other at Old Trafford earlier in the season.

if we do get above spurs, will fabio capello be voted 2nd only behind rvp for our man of the season!

i really feel that our comeback affected them in a way man utd 8-2 did to us, lets see if at the hard end of the season they can man up to the challenge.

and too think after 35 mins agaisnt them less then 3 weeks ago we were going 13 points behind them.

as bad as our yrs been (and lets be honest its been rank) we have something albeit the little prize to go for and we have started to front up to the challenge for which i give credit to wenger and the boys, too little too late for silverware but at least we have something to target now.

spurs only need a run of wins to heap pressure back on us so its not over by a long chalk, hence great to see our GD go up and now match spurs ..

    COYG ...
