So now probably a good time to preview the final, which takes place tomorrow as Blackpool take on West Ham at Wembley stadium. This looks to be a thrilling final as both teams look to make an instant return to the Premier League less than 12 months after their relegation. The Hammers are probably favourites after their 5 goal demolition of us over two legs and their host of Premier quality players, including Kevin Nolan. However, they will be all too aware of the expectations and pressure on them as well as Blackpool victory in a similar game two years as underdogs. The Tangerines will look to score on the break and with the pace of Ince and Phillips on each wing. And if the score is a draw in the last 15 minutes then expect to see Kevin Phillips off the bench in search of a winner. Of course, if Blackpool win this will be a hatrick of Play-off winners medals for Dobbie.... A terrifying stat.

And onto our own final :) Free scoring Exile takes on ccfcrtOp and I can confirm that I have received both predictions. Both took advantage of Bfb and Sparkey drawing blanks in certain games but not even Bfb's record setting 6 points could prevent The Exile! It looks like its going to be very close but I know who I've got my money on :). Remember in the case of a draw we'll be back for the Sheff Utd vs Huddersfield League One final!

    My prediction
    Blackpool 3 - 2 West Ham
M Phillips, Dobbie, K Phillips) (Nolan, Cole)
    4 Yellows
    0 reds

Remember the last two Finals have been high scoring! :)
    Good Luck

I know I lost out to Exile but I still have a prediction: -

    West Ham 3 Blackpool 2

Cole, Nolan and Vaz Te for the Spammers and Phillips M and Taylor Fletcher for the Pool

5 yellows, 1 red and Ollie's head explodes.

At the end of the day, West Ham deserve to go up. I think they will have a bit of a party actually. 3 - 0 to the Hammers.

Side note; Why do no PL clubs sniff around Holloway?

Into next goal deciding territory at Half Time at Wembley stadium. And at the moment it all seems to be going ccfcrtOp's way.... but a lot can change in 45 minutes!

A late late Vaz Te goal sends the Spammers into the Premier League, after Blackpool waste a host of chances in the second half. Very close and its really close in our final as well.... I'll let the suspence build as I do the points :)

And the Final result this season :)

    ccfcrtOp 5 - 3 The Exile

What a wonderful final! West Ham looked in control before Blackpool turned the game on its head and should of taken the lead. But Vaz Te scored the late winner and took the game for the Hammers! And with it our two finalists fate twisted and fell... After Cole's opener ccfcrtOp was well on top and was well on his way to a lot of points. But young Ince's leveller open the tie right up and if Dobbie had taken his chance it would have been Ex on his way to a lot of points. But as fate conspired, the second of ccfc's scorers snatched the points at the end gifting him 3 points for the exact scorers and the Correct Result. He doesn't quite reach Bfb record but it is enough to see off Exile's 3 points from the cards.
Ironically, ccfcrtOp missed out on the auto's just like West Ham and and both Exile and Blackpool finished in the same respective position.... Creepy.

So commiseration to The Exile who has really lit up the Playoffs in a high scoring fashion <applause>

But this years Playoff Champion is -

    <cracker><cracker><cracker> ccfcrtOp! <cracker><cracker><cracker>

Well Done to all this year participants and ccfcrtOp, who joins Privatebenjamin, Blueforever and Dom in the Top Flight next season. I've enjoyed it!
    Cheers
