    Swords old chap you need to relax. Have you tried yoga? I find it very theraputic.

    Now DT may be talking it up, indeed I have been accused of similar 'failings' myself, however the point I believe he is making is that not a ball has been kicked in the Prem yet and therefore on the balance of our signings compared to say Blackburn we look ok.

    Who would have put a depleted Crapdiff side beating Wet Spam yesterday?

    Unfortunately having a 2 week break means work is hectic hence a working lunch consisting of a decent melton mowbray pork pie, a sliced pear and a little stilton at the desk.

    Wubba doesn't do lunch exactly. Its more of a "liquid" lunch. Don't fall for that pork-pie cobblers, he's at the Vino as we speak no doubt

    Actually Swords I had a heavy one over the weekend at my brother's 40th - a Jagerbomb too far - so am slightly in recovery mode today.

    However a nice chilled sherry tonight with some olives on the terrace sounds in order.
