Elland not so long ago I was bottom................
FFS Gessa the season had to end just when I was on a roll and starting to catch Essex.
Like to say thanks for the kind words from Aski, congratulations to Essex in coming top but most of all a big thanks to Gessa for running the comp. it will be time consuming, so we’ll done to all for taking part hope I can go one better next season. Cheers to all.Ok I have already said well done to Essex a couple of weeks ago for winning this, but no harm saying it again, congrats and kudos for sticking to a tried and tested system of predicting.
Also want to acknowledge Infidels consistency, 2nd last year and 3rd this year, that's still impressive going.
In addition Elland's consistency deserves a special mention , bottom three last season, bottom three this season, I admire your commitment
and once again thanks for Gessa for sorting out the scores on the doors.
As for me, well last season I won it with an average weekly score of just over 4. This season I averaged 4.3 points per week, so an improvement even if I did end up finishing behind Essex

I copy the fixtures and a few of us have a WhatsApp group where we do the predictions. I copy them from here, paste them into the chat then paste them again to do the scores. Once I've done them I copy them and paste them back here.
A few weeks ago I was in a rush and forgot to paste them back here. It had to be the week when I got all 6 results correct. Only one correct scoreline though.
I don't know how many times that has happened but, in the two years I've been doing it that's the only time.
