Fun fact. The helicopter pilot at the end is Kevin Peter Hall, the bloke in the Predator suit.
Fun fact 2. Jean Claude Van Damme was originally playing the Predator. The Predator was to be a more agile, slender sort of guy. There was a change of plan, either Van Damme wasn't happy, or the crew weren't, can't remember, so they changed it to what we see today. However some shots of the Van Damme playing the Predator were kept in the film. Some camouflage scenes I am lead to believe.

Yep. Bloke that designed the Alien suit was too expensive so they went down some kind of bright red praying mantis road, looked crap so asked the bloke to come up with the predator costume that we know and love.
Nope. The original Alien was too busy to play the part so they made a stunt double.
