Schedule is (mostly) out:

June 27 - First-team players return for pre-season
July 5-9 - First-team training at St George's Park
July 9 - Walsall v Norwich City (St George's Park, 1pm) - behind-closed-doors friendly
July 12 - Lowestoft Town v Norwich City (Crown Meadow, 7.30pm)
July 12 - Dulwich Hamlet v Norwich City XI (Champion Hill Stadium, 7.45pm)
July 15 - Dereham Town v Norwich City XI (Football Development Centre, 7.30pm) - Norfolk Invitation Cup
July 16 - Peterborough United v Norwich City (ABAX Stadium, 3pm) - 120-minute friendly
July 17-23 - First-team training camp in Burgenland, Austria
July 20 - TBC v Norwich City (Venue, time TBC)
July 23 - TBC v Norwich City (Venue, time TBC)
July 26 - Norwich City v Coventry City (Carrow Road, 7.30pm)
July 30 - Dartford v Norwich City XI (Princes Park, 1pm)
July 30 - Norwich City v TBC (Carrow Road, 3pm)
August 6 - Sky Bet Championship season begins

The three TBC friendlies at Carrow Road obviously carry the most interest, the rest of it's fairly standard. Walsall are a surprisingly "big" club (relatively speaking) for that early in the schedule, that's really all that stands out.

Only the one TBC at Carrow Road I assume the other two will be in Austria. Hopefully we play someone better than the last time we went out there.

I'm guessing the Coventry game was part of the Maddison deal. Apart from that, looks pretty standard Norwich Pre-Season. The local non-league teams, few lower league, then a few sides I've never heard of from Austria or America or something.

Would be nice to have some more testing games in Pre-Season some time.

So 2-1 win against Walsall, RyBen and Jerome with the goals. Team sheets:

NORWICH FIRST HALF XI: Ruddy (Rudd, 30); Pinto, Bennett, Bassong, Thompson; Naismith, Odjidja, Andreu, Josh Murphy; van Wolfswinkel, Morris.

NORWICH SECOND HALF XI: Rudd (Matthews, 60); Godfrey, Crowe, Klose, Toffolo; Mulumbu, Dorrans; Jacob Murphy, Maddison, Cantwell; Jerome.

UNUSED SUBS: Ray Grant, Jamal Lewis.

Lafferty, Olsson, Brady and Hoolahan all unsurprisingly missing. RvW is still knocking around apparently, but Turner and Whittaker don't appear despite signing new contracts recently.

Formations are quite odd, Only 3 recognised defenders in each half. Thompson and Godfrey presumably deputising at full back, which is unusual.
 
Well Brady and Olssen won't have joined us yet so we're lacking in that area. Although rumour is both may be off so I think we're in need of a new left back.
