I would hope so, given that most of those could be classified as first-team players. The only real question is which three of Gerrard, Hendo, Coutinho, Can and Lallana play in midfieled (I'm classing Lucas and Allen as squad players and not first teamers). Presumably the first three for now, perhaps with Gerrard being phased out and Lallana and Coutinho rotating. Sterling RW, Sakho or Skrtel CB and Migs in goal complete the first team. Johnson will probably start over Flanno though, or Flanno starts over Enrique (excluding new signings).
Depends what system we play. If we go for the 433 then what you've said is fairly accurate IMO. However, if we go for the diamond system like last season then Coutinho will be in front of three central midfields with perhaps Sterling and Studge up top.
One thing I am certain of, we have much needed depth in the squad now so picking a "first eleven" is no longer a simple task. We just need a "automatic first teamer" (or two) in there as well, someone that is capable of doing something special and dragging the team over the line when required. Coutinho, Studge and Sterling are great but none of them are capable of doing this yet.
Looking it at that way, that's quite encouraging...
Add to that Ford, Sterling, Shako, Skrtel, Gerrard, Hendo, Lucas, Allen, Johnson, Lambert, Ibe, Suso (not including the likes of Agger and Toure, Coates either, 2 of 3 which will most likely be sold).
Plus the FBs we "may" sign and another striker, none too shabby...
Obviously, Can actually played last night so he wasn't missing as such but he came on for the last thirty rather than playing the majority of the match which is why I included him.
