Do we want to equalise? first hendo breaks his neck to knock it along the six-yard line - nobody there, then seconds later Ram jam does the same!
 
And yet again a free run down the side Glen Johnson is "defending" leads to a goal. Open your ****ing eyes Brendan.
 
Oh well... fairly even match.

We were best for first 20 mins... United best before and after half.

We were best at end.


That goal has killed it for us though.


Can't help but think with Studge we would have won.

Lambert Johnson and Kelly are wasted positions.
 
What forwards? We really haven't got any. Sturridge aside, I don't trust anyone up front to lead the line for when Danny is inevitably out. They're great backup and subs and all, but seriously, this isn't going to work.

Unless he improves in real season... based on current performances Lambert not good enough to be a sub.

Exactly my thoughts. Really hope Manq and Moreno head straight into the first team. Useless.
 
Lingaard. Another good goal. Man Utd deserve the win, they've played better than us for the majority of this game. Lingaard, Herrera, Mata and Rooney all looked good. Even Ashley Young looked decent against Johnson. <doh>

Sorry responding to you a lot but he's got no choice tonight, Enrique being safe with, Flanno back home injured. No one else to pick tonight.

But yeah...the replacement is having a medical tomorrow.

S'alright.

He does have a choice. I honestly think we'd do better with three CB's than we do with Kelly and Johnson. It's not like they provide, well, anything.
 
Honestly, get some fullbacks in, get a proper, strong and able CM, and a ****ing striker. That's all we seriously need to compete. The 4-3-3 is infinitely weaker than the 4-4-2 diamond. It didn't work in BR's first 6 months in charge, why go back now? Next thing you know we'll be doing a 3-5-2 again and not scoring.

Only since they equalised. had we got another when 1-0 up it would have been all over.
