I've just looked at all the photos on the website of the first day of training. Maddison, Evans, Kapustka, Ulloa, Mendy and the rest were there, but no photos of Mahrez. Does anyone know if he turned up?
Mahrez played an international friendly early June. The players involved in those aren't due until next week. Although Evans also did but joined up today.
Mahrez played a friendly about a month ago so couldn't be bothered to turn up yesterday? Do we have to offer him a loyalty payment in order to get him to turn up for training? Speaks volumes.
Apparently missing from training, so everyones jumping to the conclusion hes off to Man City this week, even though... This should have been sorted before now, but at least if the transfers done, or going to get done soon, i don't honestly want him anywhere near the rest of the squad.
We smashed Notts County 4-1. Morgan, Choudhury, Gray and Slimani scored Andy King, James Maddison, Bartosz Kapustka and Demarai Gray all impressed Marc Albrighton and Danny Simpson both missed out through slight knocks but surprise surprise Matty James has another long term injury. He is looking at a September return at the earliest. I dont think he is any better then King and Kingy offers a goal threat and can actually be relied on to be fit. For some people to want to see him sold I find laughable. He is a very good squad player and brilliant around the team and he loves the club
When do the guys that were off at the world cup report back? In time for any preseason training and matches?
Ndidi, Iheanacho, Musa and Benalouane returned on Friday. Everyone else bar Vardy and Maguire return this week
