I don't do the usual predictions as I always get it wrong, except I predict we will be 13th, I always predict that and can't remember ever being right?
We need to hit the ground running. We've got a lot of beatable teams up first with few of the big spenders. If we can continue our "flat track bully" record, we should be fine. Fail to get off to a good start and it'll be a relegation fight. We've got the squad to come 8th, and without the distraction of Europe we should be a little fresher, but we need a good start or a lakc of confidence will kick in.
Relegation Wishlist: Arsenal, West Ham and Manchester United. I do not wish relegation on any other teams. FA Cup: Liverpool/Manchester United EDL: Do not care as it should be scrapped for PL teams and winning it is pure vanity. Do Manchester United really care about winning it? PL winners: One of the Manchester clubs but would love Tottenham to win it! Championship: Fulham, Villa and Sheffield United Division 1: Portsmouth Division 2: Swindon CL winners: Bayern EL winners: Sevilla again/Liverpool as both will exit at the group stage of the CL WC winners: The Netherlands (for the first time)
Are they completely out or is it still mathematically possible? I remember Brazil strugging in qualification but came through to win the 2002 tournament quite comfortably.

I don't think we did much to improve in the offseason. I'm thinking maybe 14th. But the team has finished at least a couple of places higher than I predict pretty much the entire time they have been in PL so I suppose I am too pessimistic. Biggest improvement: Hojbjerg. I expect Gabbiadini to have a good year, but I guess it's not an "improvement" since he was pretty good last year already. It's just that this time he'll have a full season and hopefully stay healthy. Biggest disappointment: Davis, Tadic. Starting to get up there in age, and neither one has a real good position on this team. I'm pessimistic on Boufal, but since he did basically **** all last year, it's hard for me to be disappointed. I'm looking on the bright side that any improvement will be a big plus, and the talent is still there for him to be an impact player.
