Interesting that we're playing a new formation straight out the blocks in the first game of pre-season.

Passing in the final third is a bit rusty.

We don't have any strikers on the pitch, need someone Quality leading the line.

That will happen when you're relying on Moussa Djenepo and Nathan Tella. <laugh>

Elynoussi has been out best player first half.

Walker-Peters again looking our best player. Aribo looked good when he got the ball, but unfortunately that wasn't often. Lavia lots of energy, nice control, but a few wayward passes. Djenepo looking better but still flattering to deceive. Tella and Elyounoussi doing nothing. Bella-Kotchup looks decent.

I thought Ely was good, coming deep and driving forward with the ball.

Its going to look even better With Stuey doing it.

Not really his job though when we have Diallo and Lavia on the pitch. Elyou did link up well with Djenepo. Some nice passing between the two of them. But created very little.

Ely easily our best player from the 30 mins I saw, Arribo useless, Lavia looked good. Djenepo is a decent left back (he’s played there before hasn’t he?). Not too much to say about the rest, definitely missing a striker outlet.

We still do the Salisu long throw

Perhaps that is the job of that left attacking midfield player thus far? I mean, it's all about team balance.. It helps Lavia not get too exposed.

Bella-Kotchup played a suicidal short backpass that could have led to a goal.
