So someone that's never been a ST holder, now has no respect for current ST holders, because they are worried they won't be able to buy a ST themselves.
2013 I think. My only European away game (watching us) and the best footballing experience of my life. Probably because I’m still waiting for us to win the League or the FA Cup or even the League Cup in my lifetime.
Awful take. Conveniently ignoring the bit about not doing anything to get rid of Ashley there. And i'm not worried about getting a ST or not..if i do great, if not i'll go on a match by match basis. You don't know if i've ever had a ST or not in the past anyway you try and guess things about me.
That just shows naivety. Ashley always wanted to sell on his terms after he'd rinsed the club for what he wanted, he had a figure in mind and he wasn't going to sell for less than his valuation. In the grand scheme of things he couldn't give a **** if fans paid or not as it was a fraction of what the club was worth to him. Ticket money being only a fraction of the money he could make from transfers and tv money. I did jack my ST in, but in the end that was through a combination of factors - 400 mile round trips, watching utter dross and quite frankly preferring to spend my cash on holidays abroad than transport, accommodation, beer and being away from family. I would never have been screaming "give me priority over others" once a takeover was completed though.
Look, we aren't going to agree, i believe people could have done more to at least try to force him out earlier, you don't. We may aswell leave it there.
Oh and I forgot to say- I put 50p in the guide dog charity box earlier today. Get in! I’m next in line for a guide dog.
The people who walked after the keegan fiasco and didn't go back till the takeover are the real protesters like.
