About what I expected, although would always like it a bit cheaper

 

i'm not surprised but £15 for a pre-season friendly is not good value

 

Surely we have some big games lined up as well...perhaps a tournament. Or did all the upheaval prevent this happening?

 

They're just trying to milk the visit of a big club for all its worth.

I thought it was Leverkusen at home and an away game in Europe + possible training camp in lead up to that game, albeit a shorter than normal one.

 

Did you miss the 20 minute epic Les Reed interview?

He said that the new facilities at Staplewood meant we didn't need to go anywhere and the world cup would see the squad coming back(if at all) at different times. There will be a friendly abroad which is still to be announced and will be against a team we've heard of.

Has this been announced by Saints or just from separate clubs website? Prices are okay, will do Bournemouth and Brighton for sure but Swindon is not as appealing.

Location is a bonus, so hopefully we take a good following. 1000 at Bournemouth on a Friday night perhaps?

 

According to Boruc's twitter he is back at club 1st july

 

Be great if the away pre season game is somewhere easy to fly to for a great away day trip in the sun
