Lovely move from keeper (great pass out) to a slide rule pass by Tadic and smashed in by Pelle
    Exciting stuff.

It's almost as if the first 10 mins when our goalmouth was totally under siege finally gave Gazza the confidence to show us what he can really do !!! Hope so.

Good performance overall so i'll focus on a few.

Martina: Looked pretty good, some questionable positioning but some great ball control and vision going forward. A miscommunication or two but nothing critical. A vast improvement on the Audi cup.

Vic: Some rather sizeable cobwebs. Nothing to be overly worried about but nowhere near his his best.

Gazza: Some great saves. He clearly has the reflexes and athetic ability to compete so i wonder if its pressure/psychology holding him back

Jordy: Clearly from the Javi Martinez school of Defensive Midfield. Was hassling and harrying and trying to intercept every ball/player near him and caused a lot of issues for Groenigen. Some lovely passes too, looks a quality signing.

Soares: Doing his utmost to ensure we forget all about clyne. A ready receiver out wide, very willing to go forward and link up or cross the ball

He was doing very well. Not as polished as the start of last season but his creativity and vision were excellent.
