I’m afraid that it’s time for DC to sort this out or leave. Five defeats on the trot, including three at home, is unacceptable.

Don’t want to be pessimistic but with nine players unavailable I can’t see us getting anything from today’s fixture with such a threadbare squad.

I really hope the lads prove me wrong but I have a horrible feeling that it’s going to be six on the trot in the league :emoticon-0184-tmi:

DC said he wanted to work with a smaller squad, at times like this we are down to bare bones and need a larger squad.

Cant find the Bristol live link again for the match commentary

Scored by Isaac Heath assisted by Whalley

Bristol live no longer seem cover the Rovers matches anymore

Daniel and Malachi left and so did the coverage, just found the link Will Murray is the new man

Just read that Lockyer was booked now it's been changed to Chang in the 23rd minute and followed by Forde in the 26th minute for a challenge on their keeper

Yes, it appears that they’re not replacing the Rovers journalist so we have very little local press coverage of our team. Very disappointing from what used to be a decent local paper.

No sub GK again hope they don't injure our keeper

Wright their GK is down match delayed game resumed in the 28th minute

Thought I read that we were looking at an ex MU striker who was a free agent but seems to have disappeared of the radar

When we have lost this match we will be below Stanley on GD

A corner to Rovers resulted in the ball falling to Chang whose shot was cleared off the line in the38th minute and a minute later Southam - Hales shot cleared the crossbar

42nd minute a Heath shot blocked by Negru

Accrington putting some strong challenges on Cavegn the lates resulting in a free kick 45th minute

3 minutes of extra time to be played

HT Accrington 1 - 0 Rovers

Rovers had 58% possession in the first half but Heath's shot was the only shot on target

HT change for Rovers Sotirou on Bilongo off

48th minute Walton shoots over the bar

DC has tweaked the line up Cavegn playing wide on the left with Sotiriou and Harrison in the middle

As the table stands Rovers 3 points above the relegation zone in 20th position

54th minute Cavegn puts on over the bar before the flag went up for off side

56th minute a crucial block from Lockyer prevents a good Accrington chance

Think we need 2 things in the next transfer window a larger squad and a couple of FIT STRIKERS who know where the net is

Plymouth match did wonders for Conteh he has just got the equaliser in the 59th minute

Accrington 1 - 1 Rovers

62nd minute Ward yellow carded for a foul out on the right wing

65th minute a long throw finds Forde but is cleared before he can shoot

67th minute Luke Thomas on Harrison off

Southam - Hales long throws causing problems for Accrington maybe a goal to come from one of them

72nd minute Rawson scores Accrington 2 - 1 Rovers Murray saying against the run of play but if you strikers know where the net is they will score goals, momentum has changed back in Accrington's favour, Rovers looking tired

77th minute Sinclair scores Accrington 3 - 1 Rovers

78th minute Sparkes on replacing Mola

79th minute Bauress on Grant of

Maybe we should start looking for a replacement for him

82nd minute Sotiriou shoots over from close range

86th minute a pair of Sparkes set pieces cleared by Accrington running out of time again

7 minutes added time to be played

90+1 Lockyer heads Sparkes corner over the bar

445 gas heads made todays trip to Accrington

Accrington free kick 90 + 5 minutes think we are going to lose this one

According to will Murray we have 2 minutes to score 2 goals to get a draw

And it's all over now Accrington 3 - 1 Rovers 6th consecutive defeat in the league

Down to 19th in the table, next up Cheltenham who are in 23rd place and the only team near the bottom of the league with a worse GD

Today's line up v Cheltenham

Southwood, Sparkes, Mola, Lockyer, Cotterill, Harrison Conteh, Southam - hales, Chang, Negru, Cavegn
Subs
Young, Moore, Thomas, Howley, Bilongo, Issaka, Dewsbury

13th minute James Wilson booked for a challenge on Cavegn who is still down injured, but is now back on his feet Rovers have free kick on the right wing

15th minute Sparkes free kick is cleared to Harrison whose first time volley goes wide

With Harrogate losing it keeps Rovers out of the bottom 4 if they lose

23rd minute a misplaced Cheltenham back pas is picked up by Cavegn but his shot is palmed away by Joe Day

26th minute a Cheltenham corner is cleared by Harrison

31st minute a free kick deep into the Cheltenham half after a foul on Sparkes is cleared to Conteh who shoots over the bar

After a bright start the game has become pedestrian with some loppy mistakes by Rovers have threatened to let Cheltenham in

37th minute a brilliant touch by Southam - Hales off a Conteh through ball wins a corner

Cheltenham then go up the other end and win a corner which is taken short to Ryan Broom who shoots goes well wide

44th minute a Southam - Hales cross is met by Cavegn but he can't keep his header down and it goes over the bar

HT Cheltenham 0 - 0 Rovers

1519 gas heads up at the game today

The game has restarted no substitutions mentioned Cheltenham KO

48th minute a Sparkes cross nearly finds Cotterill at the back post

49th minute Cavegn brought down in the box ref waves away appeals for a penalty

54th minute Cheltenham now denied a penalty appeal before Harrisin drove forward with the ball but just failed to find Cavegn who was in support

Ref not popular with the home supporters because of some of his decisions

57th minute a Cotterill free kick find Harrison at the back post but his first time effort just misses the target

61st minute a Cotterill effort is deflected onto the post after a pass from Harrison

63rd minute Two changes for Cheltenham Adelakun and Martin on Taylor and Stephenson off

64th minute Dewsbury getting ready to come on

65th minue Cotterill finds Chang who finds Cavegn whose shot is blocked and Dewsbury has now replaced Harrison

68th minute a Cotterill free kick headed wide by Mola

69th minute Adelakun has won a corner for Cheltenham from which Tomlinson scores

Cheltenham 1 - 0 Rovers

Don't think Southwood has had a save to make in the whole match and yet we are losing again

72nd minute corner to Cheltenham

75th minute Thomas and Issaka ready to come on Negru replaced by Thomas and Chang replaced by Issaka Chang was down injured

78th minute Day saves from Conteh

79th minute Day saves from Issaka

If the results stand as at present Rovers would be down to 0th in the league 2 points above the relegation zone

81st minute Sparkes shot deflected out for a corner which resulted in another set piece which was cleared by Cheltenham who now appear to be defending in depth

83rd minute Mola concedes a free kick

4 minutes plus extra time to get the goals to either draw or win the match

7 minutes extra time to be played

90+3 corner to Rovers which is cleared and in the 90+4th minute Conteh is booked another defeat coming up the seventh in a row

90+6 th minute Issaka shot is blocked and Mola fires over from 20 yards out

FT Cheltenham 1 - 0 Rovers

We need some serious money spent in the next transfer window, a striker who can score goals and some attacking players to create chances for them and soe defenders who can defend

Following Will Murray's commentary on Bristol Live I think Southwood only had to pick the ball out of the net, didn't have a save to make in the whole game
