Based on this game and the previous 2, I've established that we have a keeper who won't make a save. A defence who can't pass or tackle or head the ball. A midfield who can't pass, tackle or shoot. Wingers who can't pass, shoot or cross. And strikers who can't head or shoot (unless it's a penalty). A team always second to the ball and look clueless when they have it.

I love DC but he needs a miracle here.

Especially if you are a Cambridge fan, we desperately need some creativity in the side and we don't appear to have any

2nd half underway Bilongo and Moore on Sparkes and Kilgour off

46th minute corner to Rovers

50th minute Free kick to Cambridge which Kaikai puts over the bar

Bilongo forward to Sotiriou who crosses the ball but the defender gets there first

Chesterfield not Cambridge and Oldham are our next 2 games CJS

58th minute corner Rovers

60th minute Conteh has a shot on target but it is blocked

61st minute Harrison Southam-Halesand Hutchinson off Dewsbury, Senior and Cavegn on

66th minute Cavegn makes Eastwood scramble to save a shot and wins a corner

69th minute a cross hits Bilongo on the shin and goes out for a corner

Our next opponents are 3rd in the league and have a GD of +3 and we have scored 1 goal in 2 league matches doesn't bode well

75th minute Ryan Loft scores for Cambridge Rovers 0 - 2 Cambridge

Subs a defender and leaves a MF playing as a defender on, not surprised w are losing. DC wants 2 CD and 2 MF we need them before the weekend

Game over. We won't come back from this. 2-0 down thanks to ex Rovers Gibbons setting up ex Rovers Loft with a simple header to beat the keeper who didn't cover himself in any glory again.

Come back Jed Ward we need you or at least give the guy from Leicester a chance, seems every time they shoot they score not good

In all fairness, we have played better this 2nd half compared to the first half. Cambridge have defended well when they had to but final balls by Rovers have been so poor. Never looked like scoring so far. We have had a shot recorded as on target but it was actually going wide before the keeper decided to parry it away. Think he just wanted to do something as he hasn't done anything else all game.

For some reason, the first goal in our games are crucial. Not one in 13 games now and 12 were defeats. 11 of those defeats the opposition scored first.

Southwood looks to make a straight forward save but palms the ball away fortunately there was no one to tap it in

Wonder if Bolton blamed him for not winning their playoff matches, every thing I have read about his performances for us do not inspire confidence

about 4 minutes plus extra time to get three or four goals to win this match, if we get four they can still score one without winning

90th minute corner Rovers

According to sky we are in the 92nd minute Daniel hasn't told us how much extra time to be played

FT Rovers 0 - 2 Cambridge

The only good thing about tonight's game was I followed it on the computer and didn't waste time going to the match, if we continue this form we will be in the national league again hoping that DCcan get us out at the first attempt

Same score in the other match in Bristol tonight except it was a home win

Attendance at tonight's match 2681, surely this must start ringing alarm bells in the club, time for the chairman to put his hand in his pocket to give DC a chance to get some player before the situation becomes impossible

Watched the Highlights last night couldn't understand why they were so long as I didn't see much to highlight
